The Church celebrates the Feast of the Ascension on Thursday May 28, 2009, on the fortieth day after Easter Is on a Thursday. In this feast we recall Him who raises and lifts us up to sit with Him in heaven (Eph. 2:6).The ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ and His sitting at the right hand of the Father is a declaration of His eternal reign, and a means of power for us to overcome sin.

Fourth Annual Christmas Banquet 2009
The church will celebrate its 4th Annual Christmas Fundraiser Banquet on Sunday, January 11th, 2009. The day will begin with the celebration of the Holy Liturgy for the second time on a Sunday at our new church location. Later in the afternoon at 4 pm, the banquet will be held at Hilton Pleasanton Hotel. We will be joined by various clergy. The church choir will perform as well. Thanksgiving 2008
The church celebrated Thanksgiving Day together. It was a fun filled Sunday after Holy Liturgy with games and, of course, Turky!.
The youth and young children celebrated All Saints Day together again. It was a fun filled evening with games, stories of the saints, and, of course, candy! Photos for this event will be posted soon.
